Itinerary
We start with the pick-up at the Iquitos airport and the visit to the Amazon Rescue Center (CREA), where we will learn about the conservation work of native species. Then we visit the Nanay Market and sail along the Amazon River and its tributaries, observing the riverside life.
We took a walk in a riverside community and in the afternoon we entered the lodge, with a welcome drink and lunch. We continue with navigation on the Negro River, piranha fishing and an Amazonian sunset from the river. Dinner and rest at the Lodge.
After breakfast, we visit the Ceiba, an emblematic tree of the Amazon, and continue to the Yaguas Native Community, where we will learn about their traditions and way of life.
We return to the Lodge for lunch and enjoy free time. At night we take a night walk to observe the fauna and sounds of the jungle. Dinner.
We experienced a sunrise on the river with bird watching, followed by breakfast. Then we visit Monkey Island, a center dedicated to the protection of Amazonian primates.
We end the experience with box lunch and departure transfer to the airport.
